APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it is rejected, disagreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements of Article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim. A claim can also be initiated if twenty working days have passed without receiving a response.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through other options established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the Subdirectorate General of Service Inspection of the Ministry.
